Publication of Notification in the Gazette of India us 3(1) of the PMP Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) for acquisition of Right of User (RoU) in Land for laying pipelines from MDFT TO MDEL MDDT CLUSTER of Dr B R Ambedkar Konaseema District in the State of Andhra Pradesh
The Central Government declares its intention to acquire the Right of User in land for laying natural gas pipelines in Andhra Pradesh, as per Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.
