Notification in the Extraordinary Gazette of India 6(1) of Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines Act, 1962 for Acquisition of Right of User (ROU) in Land for laying underground Pipeline from Existing TrunkFeeder Collector Pipelines from GGSI Gandhar to CPF Via GGsVI From GGSIII Gandhar to CPF Via GGS II in State of Gujarat.
The Central Government declares the acquisition of the right of user in specified land for laying a petroleum pipeline in Gujarat and directs that this right shall vest in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited.

Notification in the Gazette of India 3(1) of the PMP Act, 1962 for acquisition of Right of User (RoU) in Land for laying underground Pipeline from Existing Trunk Feeder Collector Pipelines from GGSI Gandhar to CPF Via GGSVI From GGS III Gandhar to CPF Via GGS II in State of Gujarat.
The Central Government declares its intention to acquire the right of user in land for laying existing trunk/feeder collector pipelines, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962).
