Publication of Gazette Notification for Declaration of acquisition under Section 20 E for land acquisition for 16 villages of Sadar Tehsil in Mirzapur District in connection with Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Prayagraj 3rd line project in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Declaration under sub-section (1) of Section 20E of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 by the Central Government that specified land across 16 villages in Mirzapur district, Uttar Pradesh shall be acquired for the Prayagraj-Pt. Deendayal 3rd line doubling Railway project, vesting the land absolutely in the Central Government upon Gazette publication.
