Publication of Notification for acquisition of ROU under section 6(1) of the PMP Act, 1962 in respect of Visakha Raipur Pipeline Project (VRPL) in the State of Chhattisgarh in the Extraordinary Gazette of India
The Central Government declares the acquisition of the Right of User in land specified in the appended Schedule for the purpose of laying a pipeline for transportation of petroleum products, exercising powers under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.
