Publication of Notification for acquisition of ROU under section 6(1) of the PMP Act, 1962 in respect of Visakha Raipur Pipeline Project in the State of Odisha in the Extraordinary Gazette of India
The Central Government hereby declares the acquisition of the right of user in land for laying a petroleum product pipeline from Visakha to Raipur, passing through Odisha, and directs that this right shall vest in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.
