The Central Government declares its intention to acquire specific land in Shamli district, Uttar Pradesh, for the development, maintenance, management, and operation of the High-Speed access-controlled Corridor from Panipat-Gorakhpur (Shamli-Kheri Phase-1) under the National Highways Act, 1956.

Declaration of intention under section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 to acquire land in Shamli district, Uttar Pradesh, for the 344G Greenfield Highway forming part of the Delhi-Saharanpur-Dehradun Economic Corridor.

The Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956, authorizes specified officers as competent authorities to perform functions under the said Act for the development of the Panipat-Gorakhpur High-Speed access-controlled Corridor in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
