The Central Government declares the acquisition and absolute vesting of specified lands for the "Wardha-Nanded (via Yevatmal Pusood)" New Railway Line project, free from all encumbrances, under sub-section (1) and (2) of section 20E of the Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008.
