Publication of E gazette Notification for Declaration of acquisition of land under Section 20(E) of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) for Proposed construction of 2 lane Road Over Bridge (ROB) in lieu of Level Crossing Gate No. 87 in connection with project Proposed Construction of ROB and RUB (10 Nos.) in lieu of Level Crossing Gates between Igatpuri Manmad and Bhusawal Badnera Section of Bhusawal Division.
The Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the annexed schedule shall be acquired for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of a Special Railway Project, and shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances upon publication of this notification.

Publication of E gazette Notification for Declaration of Intention to acquire land under Section 20(A) for land acquisition for Proposed Construction of ROB and RUB (10 Nos.) in lieu of Level Crossing Gates between Igatpuri Manmad and Bhusawal Badnera Section of Bhusawal Division.
