The Central Government declares the acquisition of land in Jaunpur district, Uttar Pradesh, for the construction, maintenance, management, and operation of NH731B, and further declares that this land shall vest absolutely in the Central Government upon publication of this notification, as per Section 3D of the National Highway Act, 1956.

The Central Government declares its intention to acquire land for the construction, maintenance, management, and operation of NH731B in Jaunpur district, Uttar Pradesh.

The Central Government hereby notifies the area around the boundary of Kaimur Wildlife Sanctuary in the State of Bihar as the Kaimur Wildlife Sanctuary Eco-sensitive Zone, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clauses (v) and (xiv) of sub-section (2) and sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), read with sub-rule (3) of rule 5 of the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986.

The Central Government publishes a draft notification proposing to declare the area around Kaimur Wildlife Sanctuary in Bihar as an Eco-sensitive Zone under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, for public information and inviting suggestions within sixty days.
