Publication of user fee notification
The Central Government, in exercise of powers under Section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 and Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008, hereby levies a fee for the use of the Greenfield alignment IT City Chowk to Kurali part of NH-205A and NH-205 in Punjab, and authorizes the National Highways Authority of India to collect it.
