The Central Government declares the acquisition of land specified in the annexed schedule for the 'Talcher-Bimalagarh New B.G. Rail Link Project' and its absolute vesting in the Central Government free from encumbrances, under sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 20E of the Railway Act, 1989.
