The Central Government declares the acquisition of land specified in the annexed Schedule for the "Western Dedicated Freight Corridor" project in Jaipur district, Rajasthan, vesting it absolutely in the Central Government free from encumbrances, under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 20E of the Railways Act, 1989.
