Final declaration under sub-section (1) of section 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956, that specified land in Udham Singh Nagar district, Uttarakhand, shall be acquired for the Bareilly-Sitarganj NH-30 (Old NH-74) project, vesting the land absolutely in the Central Government free from encumbrances.
