Publication of Notification in the Gazette of India 6(1) of the PMP Act, 1962 for acquisition of Right of User (RoU) in land for laying pipelines from 8 INCH DIA MP Well Fluid Line, 8 INCH DIA LP Gas Line and 6INCH DIA Dispatch Line from GGS Nada to GGS GNAQ in the State of Gujarat.
The Government of India declares the acquisition of the Right of User in specific land for laying a natural gas pipeline and directs that this Right of User shall vest in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.

Notification in the Gazette of India us 3(1) of the PMP Act, 1962 for acquisition of Right of User (RoU) in Land for laying underground Pipelines from 8 Inch Diameter MP Well Fluid Line, 8 Inch Diameter LP Gas Line 6 Inch Diameter Dispatch Line from GGS Nada to GGS GNAQ in the State of Gujarat.
The Central Government declares its intention to acquire the Right of User in land for laying crude oil/gas/water pipelines by the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in the Land) Act, 1962.
