The Ministry of Power confers powers under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, to M/s Panipat Green Hydrogen Private Limited (PGHPL) for laying an overhead transmission line, granting it powers akin to a telegraph authority under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885.
